Emma brings 17 years of marketing experience to the Point B team, with a background spanning the tertiary education sector and small business support. After becoming a mum, she built a successful self-employed career as a versatile marketing all-rounder, partnering with small business owners to help them grow and thrive.

She’s passionate about the creative and strategic side of marketing — particularly crafting innovative campaigns that give brands a genuine human voice and help them connect meaningfully with their audiences.

Outside of work, Emma is affectionately known as the “undercover hippy.” You’ll find her in the garden, out on a hiking trail, lost in a good book, or in the kitchen — usually insisting she can make something from scratch and then absolutely delivering on that promise. An unashamed coffee snob, she takes her brew as seriously as she takes her marketing strategy.
